Browse an exciting collection of artwork, gift certificates, experiences, and more, generously donated by local businesses and supporters.
Every bid helps support the CFUW Orillia Education Foundation and provides scholarships for local women pursuing post-secondary education.

The auction is being held on the online platform Auctria. Click HERE to view.
The online auction will begin on Thursday May 21st and end on Saturday May 23rd at Noon.

The item requires a minimum bid. The item has a description and lists the minimum bid increments. You must be registered in order to bid.
Our auction will help fund CFUW Orillia’s Scholarship program. Since 1955 we have awarded $485,475 in scholarships to 801 young women from the Orillia area pursuing post-secondary education.
You can view the auction items without registering to bid on May 11th. When the preview is live you will be able to view the item HERE.

If you have participated in another Auctria auction – you may have already registered with Auctria! To bid on the auction items you can go to our auction website and sign in at the top. If you don’t remember your password, you can have it reset by following the prompts.
You are welcome to put down a large bid! Minimum increments for bidding are set for each item. Using the quick bid option automatically enters your bid in the next increment.
Yes – the system will allow you to set a maximum amount to have the system to bid on your behalf when someone bids against you. When you set a maximum bid the system will keep bidding up to, but never above this amount to ensure you stay the winning bidder until someone else bids higher than your maximum.
You get to the maximum bid screen by clicking on “custom mode” underneath the blue Bid bar.
When a maximum bid is entered, your actual bid is kept as low as possible and the system will raise the bid up to the maximum entered only as another bidder bids against you.
With Max Bidding you will only pay the lowest possible winning bid which may not actually be the maximum bid you bid placed for the item. Your bid will never go over the amount you entered.

You will receive an email notifying you that you have been outbid. If you do not see any automated messages, please be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
Bidding will end at Noon on Saturday May 23rd. The winning bids will belong to the highest bidders at the time the auction closes.
We will contact the successful bidders regarding payment options at the close of the auction on Sunday, May 24th. We will also announce the winners via email and social.
The successful bidders are responsible for picking up their auction items from CFUW Orillia. They will be contacted on Sunday, May 24th to make arrangements for pick up of the prize at a time and place that is agreeable to both the winner and a CFUW representative.
